4 Star USA is currently seeking experienced oilfield personnel to support our rapidly expanding casing running company. 4 Star USA is a family-owned Casing Service company operating in the Permian Basin based out of Odessa, TX. 4 Star USA offers a full-time position with competitive wages.

What you’ll bring to the table:
· A self-starter.
· Ability and desire to show up on time.

· Understanding and Compliance with all Safety Rules and Policies within 4 Star USA.
· Hard working with a positive attitude.
· Power Tong Operator; at least 5 years of experience working the rig floor while running casing.

Job Description
The casing crew supervisor or “crew push” is the company’s senior field representative on-site and oversees the casing crew and all casing equipment used to complete a casing job. The crew push is responsible for the following tasks:
Manage casing crew personnel.
Duties include:
- Prior to leaving the yard, account for and verify that crew members are fit for duty and have required PPE for the job and ensure the required safety tickets are up to date.
- Mentor short service employees in accordance with 4 Star USA SSE protocols. Document all safety and operational training in SSE training logs.
Assemble and transport casing tools to location.
Duties include:
- Verify, inspect, and document required casing tools prior to loading for transport to site
- Load and secure tools for transportation
- Transport tools to site
Supervise and coordinate casing job on site.
Duties include:
- Lead safety meeting with 4 Star employees, rig crew, company rep. and all other 3rd party providers involved.
- Receive casing running orders from company rep. and verify running order with casing tally.
- Coordinate crew and delegate tasks to crew members
- Ensure all 4 Star employees are working safely and productively in accordance to 4 Star standards.
- Coordinate with rig crew to rig up and rig down casing tools
- Operator casing tools, power tongs, CRT’s, FMS.
- Communicate with customer site representative.
Job Requirements and Skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have 5 years of drilling rig, service rig, or casing crew experience.
- Must be physically fit and able to pass a Fit for Work Test.
- Be able to work extended hours.
- Be able to work on-call.
- Be able to work in remote sites and in extreme weather conditions.
